The federal government should not rescue a private company. Any company that can be operated in a neutral or non-profit, must be closed. Each federal agency is not for every penny of taxpayers' money it receives and declare account / show how it has fulfilled its duty by constitutional mandate, must be disabled too. Can not prove any federal agency, its constitutional power over life and success, while the representatives of each penny is replaced by the taxpayers, must be closed.
